GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
§ 1 Scope and Provider
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of

(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The product descriptions contained in the provider's online shop do not constitute binding offers on the part of the provider but serve to enable the customer to submit a binding offer.
(2) The customer may submit the offer via the online order form integrated into the provider's online shop. After completing the ordering process and clicking the button finalizing the order process, the customer submits a legally binding contractual offer regarding the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) The provider may accept the customer's offer within five days by sending the customer a written order confirmation or a confirmation of shipment in text form (e-mail). The contract is only concluded upon receipt of this confirmation.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) The prices stated on the product pages are total prices and include statutory VAT as well as all other price components.(2) In addition to the prices stated, the provider charges shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process.
§ 4 Payment Terms
The payment methods available to the customer are indicated in the provider's online shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card, Klarna). Unless otherwise stated, payment claims arising from the concluded contract are due for payment immediately.
§ 5 Delivery and Shipping Terms
(1) Delivery of goods is made via shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
(2) If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the provider because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the provider until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 7 Liability for Defects (Warranty)
Statutory liability for defects applies. As the products are handmade perfumes (cosmetic products), minimal variations in color or nuance may occur due to the nature of the materials or the manufacturing process, which do not constitute a defect, provided they do not impair the overall quality and functionality of the product.
§ 8 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the laws on the international sale of movable goods. In the case of consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
